Imaging & Fulfillment Cards

MCO has several very sophisticated imaging and fulfillment facilities that can simplex or duplex image insurance cards or health care cards.

FULFILLMENT FOR TESLIN OR PLASTIC INSURANCE CARDS:

We can simplex or duplex image the forms and the cards, fold the forms and camera match affix the insurance cards or health care cards to the imaged forms – and then insert everything into an envelope and mail.

FULFILLMENT FOR LASER COMPATIBLE INSURANCE CARDS:

For the Laser Compatible products, we would pre-print the forms and cards, place them in stock, and image everything when we receive data.

We can simplex or duplex image the variable data onto both the forms and the insurance or health care cards simultaneously which means that the cards and forms would be a guaranteed match.

FULFILLMENT FOR DIGITALLY COMPATIBLE INSURANCE CARDS:

For the digitally compatible products, we can simplex or duplex image the graphics and the variable data simultaneously onto the insurance or health care cards and the forms. We would start the process with blank forms and cards, then image everything using our digital equipment, which again means that the cards and forms would be a guaranteed match.

We can guarantee a 100% match mailing using any of the above processes.

DATA:

MCO can also run NCOA and CASS certify the data and then presort that data to get the lowest USPS rate available for first class mail, standard presort and other USPS approved mail methods.
